Mission/Vission

VISION

To be the lead intelligence agency that will support the law enforcement units of the Republic of the Philippines and member-countries of the United Nations in COMBATTING TRANSNATIONAL ORTGANIZED CRIMES, ILLEGAL DRUGS, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, PROSTITUTIONS, MOST WANTED LOCAL/INTERNATIONAL CRIMINALS, CORRUPTIONS, TERRORISMS, HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS, KIDNAP FOR RANSOM AND OTHER FORMS OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, NATURE and ENVIRONMENT.

 

MISSION

To establish intelligence networks in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines and in consonance with the mandate of the United Nations and according to the By- laws, of INTERPOLCOM PHILCOM INTELLIGENCE GROUP in its fight against massive graft and corruption and widespread criminality, poverty and environment concerns.

Profile

The INTERPOLCOM PHILCOM INTELLIGENCE GROUP (IPCIG) is a NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION (NGO) WORKING AGAINST CRIMES and is a member of CIVIL SOCIETY TEAM (CST) under UNITED NATIONS OFFICE ON DRUGS AND CRIME (UNODC). It was organized by a group of retired, active servicemen and professionals. The UNITED NATIONS OFFICE ON DRUGS AND CRIME (UNODC) is a United Nations Office that was established in 1997 as the office for Drug and Control and Crime Prevention by combining the UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL DRUG CONTROL PROGRAM (UNIDCP), and the Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Division in the United Nations office at Vienna, Austria. It is a member of the United Nations Development Group and was renamed the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in 2002.

Our Goals GOALS 1.To promote world peace and order, eradicate graft and corruption and criminality. 2.To empower people and craft humanitarian activities via livelihood program and trainings; 3.To design and implemented programs that will address environmental concerns; 4.To avert moral degradation and effect a paradigm shift among the people by means of values formation and spiritual transformation seminars and workshops.

MILITARY RANK

MILITARY RANK MILITARY RANK, EXPLAINED INTERPOLCOM PHILCOM INTELLIGENCE GROUP-UNODC, implements the giving of Military Rank patterned after the UN Military, Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine National Police. Its Officers and Personnel are conferred with Military Ranks in order to enforce high degree and strict discipline among the rank and file. In addition the Military Ranks clearly outlines the flow of authority and accountability within the organization. INTERPOLCOM PHILCOM INTELLIGENCE GROUP-UNODC, hereby states the legal basis from where its power and authority emanate: 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines Article XIII ROLE AND RIGHTS OF PEOPLE’S ORGANIZATION Section 15. The State shall respect role of independent people’s organizations pursue and protect, within the democratic framework, their legitimate and collective interests aspirations through peaceful and lawful means. People’s organizations are Bona Fide Associations of Citizens with demonstrated Capacity to promote the public interest and with identifiable leadership, membership and structure. Section 16. The right of the people and their organizations to effective and reasonable participation at all levels of social, political and economic decision-making shall not be abridged. The state shall, by law, facilitate the establishment of adequate consultation mechanisms. Article II DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES AND STATE POLICIES Section 3. Civilian Authority is at all times, supreme over the military. The Armed forces of the Philippines is the protector of the people and the State. Its goal is to secure the sovereignty of the state and the Integrity of the National Territory. Section 23. The State shall encourage non-governmental, community-based, or sectoral organizations that promote the welfare of the nation.
